"Vache Normande" (Normandy Cow) or similar breed, potentially by an artist like Melin Lemercier or Émile Baudement. 

The print depicts a cow in profile, likely a Dutch or Normandy cow, set against a rural landscape. It is described as a framed print, with one source mentioning "Oudet Sculp Vache Normande Framed Cow Print" measuring 21.5"x17.5". Similar antique prints of cattle, including lithographs and engravings, are available, often depicting specific breeds and sometimes from notable publications like Émile Baudement's "Les Races bovines au Concours universel agricole de Paris en 1856". There is minor foxing to the pages. This is framed in a simple black frame with glass.
